Our customer, an air traffic controller, contracted with us to essentially overhaul and upgrade an existing airplane.

The biggest part of the job is an entirely new electrical and avionics system.  We removed virtually every wire from the plane, fabricated new circuits and busses, added a new B&C alternator, new Garmin and King avionics, a Tru-Trak autopilot and VM1000 engine monitor.

The panel was rebuilt using custom modular aluminum inserts designed by AirCrafters to maximize the ability to add, remove, and relocate components in the future.

A new leather interior is being sewn up, and since the exterior was in pretty good shape, a little touch-up should make it very presentable.
